All payments are non refundable with the exception of valid Guarantee requests. Where specific Guarantee details are not provided we issue refunds within 7 days of the original purchase. To claim a guarantee, purchasers must be within the refund period provided for that product and must email info@smartself.com within that period for refund requests.
Refunds will not be granted outside these windows from date of initial purchase, for any reason. No purchaser can request more than three (3) refunds from Smart Self Solutions.
